Q: What do you do with a pet after it's died?

So my friend gave me his cat a few weeks ago (they were moving home). It was an informal thing so I don't have any papers or contact information or anything. I woke up this morning and the cat had passed away.

So...what am I supposed to do with it? Throw it in the dumpster? Take it to a vet?

Any help would be appreciated.

Back home I would take it to the vet to have it cremated. You could try calling a vet and ask

Whatever you do, don't throw it in a dumpster near your favorite hole-in-wall restaurant

Put it in the recycle bin.  Might make someone a nice stew.

The pets I have in no particular order..... rabbit, turtle, fish.

I threw one of those animals out the 10th floor window after it died.

I threw one of those animals in the trashcan after it died.

I flushed one of those animals down the toilet after it died.

So, yeah I won't be of much help but that's how I took care of my dead animals. ...

NOte": I was actually thinking about cooking one of those animals but I changed my mind....

I take it you have no emotional attachment to the cat, I would wrap it really well with tons of plastic and tape and put it in the trash. Unless you live rural, where could you bury it? Dig up a sidewalk?

At my home I have 8 cats buried and my dog was cremated because it was winter. I have her ashes.

Dead puppies aren't much fun
They don't come when you call
They don't chase squirrels at all
Dead puppies aren't much fun

My puppy died late last fall
He's still rotting in the hall
Dead puppies aren't much fun
Mom says puppy's days are through
She's gonna throw him in the stew
Dead puppies aren't much fun

A:Good question!  I'd say, if you study at Uni in China beside working full-time as an E.T. with Residence permit, you don't interfere with your full-time employment. It's your free time and you can do anything you want, with respect to the Chinese laws and customs. Have a look at terms of Z visa/Residence permit and ... ".. you cannot work (and earn monies!) with another employer ..."That's all it is! Your RP sponsor title is written on the RP stamp in your passport, I think. It's in Mandarin, so I've heard about that from someone ...At I.D.-ing by cops, they know where you work and than more details about you are just a phone call away ... and it happened in person ... LOL ... during the day-time stroll through Wulumuqi, Xinjiang, 2012/13 semester. Now under RP, you're free to surf Internet, jog, ... and study, too. I suggest, you look and ask at the Uni, you plan to study in the future. Have a detailed look at requirements for studying and attending chosen Uni.Good luck! -- icnif77
