Q: What does teh Foreign Expert Bureau in Shenzhen do?

Does anyone know how to contact the Foreign Expert Bureau in Shenzhen directly? Do they have a direct phone number and what kinds of things do they do for foreigners?

Ask at Public Security Bureau where FEB is.

FEB is usually located at City Government Building( s ) somewhere.

Ask Chinese person to write FEB in Chinese characters, and go for a walk with the paper.

I got all info about FEB at SPD Bank in Yingkou two months ago. There is at least one person in any Bank, who speaks English. If you are Bank customer too, they will certainly help you with address and directions.

SPD Bank employee called FEB, and set up an appointment for me with them. She also told me, I better go to FEB with translator. However, Yingkou is small, small city in Liaoning.

I guess, in Shenzhen, somebody at FEB might speaks English.
