Q: What's the best way to haggle with a black cab?
Was out late last night in an area with very limited cab selection. Got tired of waiting and opted to hire a black cab that was waiting close by. Of course, the driver quoted my fare distance as 150 rmb (for what should have been no more than a 50 rmb ride). I eventually got him down to 100 rmb, but am still pretty pissed about it.
Anyone have any good tactics for haggling these guys down to a more reasonable price? I know the time of day and laws of supply and demand are going against me here, but there's gotta be something I can say to him to avoid paying 2-3 times what it should cost.

1- AT gun point.
2- Take a photo of the driver/cab license.
