They decide they want to make far-reaching changes, then ask me "what do you think?"
I say "this is going to be an absolute disaster, because X, Y and Z are going to happen."
They completely ignore me (why bother asking?).
The changes are a disaster, X, Y and Z happens. They get very upset. Idiots.

I always make sure I always send an email - just for future reference.
They don't let me do what I'm best at and instead get random Chinese people to do it, who are employed part time and are crap. Then I complain that the work sucks and I can't possibly fix it in the time allowed. When asked why they don't just let me do it in the first place they say because I'm too busy checking the work that the part time-ers have done :S If you gave it to me we wouldn't need the part time idiots and we could all save so much time, effort and money!
Thakkudu:
they are trying to train then and then fire you!!.. dont teach them anything!
xunliang:
No they need me. I dont teach them anything, I just correct their work
This doesn't apply anymore, but last semester they gave me a classroom without a projector and screen. Well sure, it's oral English, but it would be really boring without visuals or anything other than just a book! When I asked for a room for a screen, they said it wasn't possible, yet there were rooms with screens open every class period. I think they were just being lazy. So I had to move my class every freaking day, sometimes twice a day because the same classroom wasn't empty the whole morning. However, this semester they were kind enough to give me my own room with a screen and it has saved a lot of stress, time, and patience on my part. Sometimes they still forget to tell me things, but that's nothing compared to that headache.
The complete and utter retardation that passes for sound business practice. Things like: screwing foreigners over and thinking that it won't affect others; making sudden changes to working practices that are even worse than the previous; using the word 'harmony' to mean 'Do it my way'; raising the price of tuition up by a whole fifth and then cutting the quality of service delivery through fewer staff; general idiocy.
They really want to keep me for the next school year so they offered me much more work for the same money. They act like I'm a slave; like I have no other choices. This reflects the generally bad (horrible) management, but I'm accustomed to it now.
Really I think if you ask anyone in any position this question, they could easily write a six hundred word essay entitled "The Things That Piss Me Off About My Current Job That Don't Happen in the West."
No toilet paper in the bathrooms! I wonder why is that! Most of the places I've taught at are the same way!
Penny pinching. I understand trying to not waste money. But as it is a training school they need something every now and then to help things run smoothly. LIttle changes that might cost a bit in the beginning but overall raise the quality of the school. In anything that costs even a few measly kuai is immediately turned down.
The second is the excuse that something isnt possible, when really its that someone either doesnt know how to do it, or that they dont want to mess with it.
For an example. There is a public folder on the office network that lost a lot of files several people need. Its not the end of the world, but inconvenient nonetheless. So we asked if they could invest in a portable hard drive to keep it backed up. They said, no, we wont pay for it. So we suggested designating one of the other computers that isnt used often to back it up (which is better than buying a new one) and they said that no, they cant do that. "why?" oh, because its not possible. "yes, it totally is." No, the IT guy said it cant be done. "Yes, it totally can." Oh well I dont know, that is what the IT guy said.
Incompetent people!
Back stabbers!
Tight ass who brag about how rich they are. Not impressed.....
asking the same question over and over again - usually a 'common sense' question. And not getting an answer

I'm in between jobs right now. My previous one was a training center...and you know what that means. There just is no coherent way to rank the things that piss you off about a training center job.
You can only roll your eyes and say 'management--or lack thereof.'
sorrel:
I was in a permanent state of confusion when I worked in a training centre - NEVER again !
RachelDiD:
Never again is pretty much the only coherent thing that comes out of my mouth at all when people ask me about my old job. It made my depression so awful.
