Q: Who is this bloke with a picture but no name?

Seems to have popped up recently asking either stupid or leading questions.

He he... Two profiles "sleepy dog" and "wang pi fang", something like that. The later one was talking like a bad stereotype of Australian. They have been replaced by the profile with the user id 0. I assume that when a profile is deleted, all things linked to it get linked to user id 0. Maybe one guy with two profiles ?

Erm.... Interweb forums are supposed to be anonymous.  This question is probably in violation of the T&C of posting on here.

But the question brings up a good point.

Has anyone noticed how often western news media quotes " A Chinese netizen post" as part of their story?

The BBC does it all the time. Almost weekly in fact.  Have a look.  They do actually  quote what Chinese posters put on Weibo. Sloppy journalism.

It's not much different from using Vicky Pollard as a source for breaking news.

Yes, what are medical primate friend says is true. We deleted two users, Sleeping_Dog and Fang_Pi_Wang for being the same user and most likely a Wumao/troll. (Saying things like 'My bloody in-laws mate hate the sport of bloody rugby you bloody mate') But when we did that his questions remained and cannot be deleted. So now we're just waiting for them to sink into the abyss that is page two of the questions. We're keeping an eye out for him to return because he surely will, but we'll be prepared alright!

You could close the posts so they can't be posted on and keep popping up

A:Good question!  I'd say, if you study at Uni in China beside working full-time as an E.T. with Residence permit, you don't interfere with your full-time employment. It's your free time and you can do anything you want, with respect to the Chinese laws and customs. Have a look at terms of Z visa/Residence permit and ... ".. you cannot work (and earn monies!) with another employer ..."That's all it is! Your RP sponsor title is written on the RP stamp in your passport, I think. It's in Mandarin, so I've heard about that from someone ...At I.D.-ing by cops, they know where you work and than more details about you are just a phone call away ... and it happened in person ... LOL ... during the day-time stroll through Wulumuqi, Xinjiang, 2012/13 semester. Now under RP, you're free to surf Internet, jog, ... and study, too. I suggest, you look and ask at the Uni, you plan to study in the future. Have a detailed look at requirements for studying and attending chosen Uni.Good luck! -- icnif77
