I'm sure other members have had their resumes looked at here by prospective employers and some even download them, mine has been downloaded a few times but I have never been contacted so why do they download them?
They are not employers but recruiters, employers have better things to do, they download every resumes they can, keep them on their desktop then one day contact you depending on the demand and supply and how your profile ranks compared to other job seekers.
That's why if you are in ESL teaching you will often receive many calls from desperate recruiters calling themselves employers around October-November and March-April, after all they found your resume online 4 months ago, you must still be looking for a job... they hardly understand that the demand clearly exceed the supply in this field in China.
Maybe they DLed your resume cuz of they might wanna contact you. After she Looked at yer resumay and decided not to call you?
Happened 2 me a few times.
I submitted a resume/cover letter for a company in Shenzhen on eChinacities.com (not ESL related) but they called me the next day.
Seemed decently professional.
This is a CFTU type question. They are always attacking the jobs section.
I submitted my resume here at echinacities and also applied for a few jobs, but had absolutely no reaction. Did the same on another website and have been inundated with emails and requests for interviews. Maybe this website is not the ideal place
