Q: Why is google so much crappier than yahoo here?

Forgive my ignorance in the matter, but google has been unbelievably frustrating to use so far. It'll sometimes simply stop working, no matter whether I'm searching for a site, pictures, whatever.

In contrast, yahoo works fine and never has these problems. Did yahoo cave in and accept certain measures from the Chinese government that google did not?

china allowed hongkong domain here, there are much more things in google which are not working in china. if you put proxy on it some of the things normally open-up. but usually google is creepy because of the great firewall of chinese... there are more words and things added which will be blocked in future as well. so in future it will get more annoying.......
