Q: Why no any Chinese in Motorsports at international level?

Apart couple of guys in the Dakar Rally (this year one only, and in the cars class only),  how about F1, WRC, MotoGP and such?

Why there's no either teams nor pilots?

China is a untapped talent pool for many sports including the more popular ones like Tennis and basket ball , I can only think of Li Na and Yao Ming for them , surly with the population of China there must be Budding sporting stars in the making but no scouts or sponsership to make it happen

Have you seen people drive here? They crash into each other when they drive slow! Also , motorsports are about mutual respect, that should give you your answer.

Most of the people in professional racing where born on the race track. E.g. Michael Schumachers dad had a cart-track, some are children of race drivers etc. And all have been allowed away from the school desk to go race in junior series. How many go-cart tracks are there in China in total? I would guess less than a small European country. How many Chinese parents have the vision to see maybe the school desk is not right for their kid.

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
