Q: why north china's weather so strange ?

Hi guys
Let's say I'm freaking out now. I'm living in Tianjin almost one and half year.but from last two months I'm getting sick of this place. The weather is getting strange day by day.from last two months every weekends either be worst air quality or too cold (strong winds).I can't figure it out.what the hell is going on ? I went to downtown about two weeks ago that day air quality was worst then ever.
Today it was damn cold. Temperature outside is -1 as I'm writing this. in spring it should warm and hot. look like this damn place getting worst like winter.I work 5 days a week. hope to spent nice weekend but this fucking place getting worst every weekend.
Let share how's strange weather at ur place where u r staying ?

Last week it rained almost every day and was colder than the previous week. But, this is nothing surprising for early spring. Just like in Fall, where you have a week or two of warm weather reprieve, you have the same in Spring with Old Man Winter popping up once in a while.

Blue skies here in the South, has some rain on Saturday. During winter it's more polluted. I do not advise to live anywhere North of the Yangtze river since it is usually much more polluted.

Worst place to live. I think that's why many foreigners are leaving Beijing.

It does seem we have massive jumps, which may be due to the proximity to the Siberian anticyclone. add in the lack of coasts, except for around Dalian, and you get the typical northern continental climate.

Two weeks ago we had snow thick on the ground.  Yesterday it was 27c.  Today it's only 13c.

I definitely blame the Russians.

A:Good question!  I'd say, if you study at Uni in China beside working full-time as an E.T. with Residence permit, you don't interfere with your full-time employment. It's your free time and you can do anything you want, with respect to the Chinese laws and customs. Have a look at terms of Z visa/Residence permit and ... ".. you cannot work (and earn monies!) with another employer ..."That's all it is! Your RP sponsor title is written on the RP stamp in your passport, I think. It's in Mandarin, so I've heard about that from someone ...At I.D.-ing by cops, they know where you work and than more details about you are just a phone call away ... and it happened in person ... LOL ... during the day-time stroll through Wulumuqi, Xinjiang, 2012/13 semester. Now under RP, you're free to surf Internet, jog, ... and study, too. I suggest, you look and ask at the Uni, you plan to study in the future. Have a detailed look at requirements for studying and attending chosen Uni.Good luck! -- icnif77
