yes, weekly scheduled, probably targeting those who are unstable and potentialy forcing us out of the forum by being angry to moderators and bitching on them taking part in CCP BS. my guess it's ordered and carried out as DDoS or kind of this thingies, nothing to do with mods ... just my guess
