All the time. I approach attractive men in public places and tell them about all the extreme homosexual activities I'd like to engage in with them. Usually I end up in jail and get sued for sexual harassment, but... yes, I will do just that.

Might be better, more polite, and definitely much cooler, to just do what that bloke in Shenzhen did. That is, put a sign around your neck explaining what it is you are after.
