I'm having trouble sleeping well and my digestion could improve. Is acupuncture any good for tackling these symptoms? Anyone with experience have any feedback?

Acupuncture can help alleviate stress which of itself is good in helping you fall asleep more easily. You could try some simple breathing exercises before bed too, even while lying on your back.
Studies by the American Medical Association in terms of the value of acupuncture for treatment of indigestion have been mixed. Some studies have said, when combined with a PPI, that it can diminish or reduce indigestion and other studies have disputed those results, calling into question the entire value of the "qi" theory.
In terms of insomnia, I can only defer to the poster above. In personal terms, as I have written elsewhere on this Board, I have used acupuncture as a treatment of other problems and have found it to very helpful.

If your having a hard time sleeping you need to exercise more. You must have a lot of energy or your intake of sugars needs to decrease. Try exercising before you go to bed and see how you feel. If you exercise and you can get tired than you should have no problem passing out and going to sleep.
You should try acupuncture if you've never tried it before. It's not for everyone so try it first and see how it works out for you.
