I just put a shelled hard boiled egg in my microwave, just a little heat, before breakfast.
We all know what happened ……… the egg blew up…………. So after eating, I went to wipe out the microwave that sits on top of the fridge; stood on a chair to make it easier for short ass me. What I saw, from way up there, was a bit of a surprise. A whole lot of grease and gunk. So I brought the microwave down and have just cleaned both the fridge and the microwave…………… and because I did this, I think many of you should do the same……… hahahhahahaha, a chore you didn’t want to do this month.
Try cleaning everything at least once a week. You can eat hard boiled eggs cold or just let them sit in warm water to heat.
This is why we have an ayi. To get all the gunk out of the kitchen. It is really super disgusting. How I miss having an induction stove top instead of this gas crap, and a kitchen with proper ventilation and a dishwasher. The way our kitchen is built also leaves for lots of hiding places for stuff to stay concealed for years, there are lots of edges that are difficult to clean, and e.g. the tabletop is to scratch resistance as Chinese drivers are to traffic safety. Chinese kitchens are not fit for cooking in.
Cleanlieness is everything. I think in truth you were probably just a little lazy in the kitchen cleaning department. I clean my kitchen tops down everyday, even if I don't use them, and once a week I do a deep kitchen clean. Maybe it just comes from my days as a chef, but in fairness. I have no problems when it comes to cooking at home. As for microwaves, I hate them anyway. They are more harmful than good when it comes to properly cooking food at home whether it be here in China or back home in our native countries.
When i arrived in my accomodation, the kitchen had not been used for over a year - and it showed. I decided there and then that i would eat out every day and not cook at all
the ongoing battle with dust here, which is greater than in europe, was discouraging after a week.
It's pretty clean quite honestly. I do my own cleaning so you know. I didn't read what you wrote under the question as it's difficult to read your writing style. But from your question I can say my kitchen is clean.
He he, i said: "kitchen"!!!
