If i go to the U.S. under a fiancee visa and not marry the guy. Instead, i find a job in the states that can give me a one year work permit within 90 days. Then within that one year, i find a much richer guy to marry with. Then i fall down the stairs and he beat me and rip the money. Then I find the third guy to marry with, as if nothing had happened and I'm the most innocent person in the world. Till i get citizenship. I divorce him. Then i marry to a european guy and move on with the new adventure.
not sure if i can actually do that or i must marry to that first guy or return.

Your name will be marked for visa fraud.
Deported.
Unable to get another USA visa.
if you do not marry the fiance visa fellow, you will be deported and not be able to apply for any visa for 10 year period. just marry an old guy with a bad ticker (heart) and put viagara in his eggs every morning and present his death certificate for your green card.
If you only have a fiance visa, you must get married within 90 days after arriving in the US. After that you have to apply for a spousal [immigration] CONDITIONAL green card. After one year you have to apply for a permanent green card. You must always prove that you are still married and provide many documents, including letters of affidavit speaking about your relationship. and the Immigration Service will check with these people via interviews. Once you have been in the US for three years and are still married to the same US citizen you can apply for US citizenship and once again must prove that all the same conditions. IF at any time they disbelieve you deportation proceedings will begin for you.
