Q: Certificate for Non-criminal record for time spent in China?

I am being told that I need one for my tine spent in Nanjing. Seems weird, but whatever.
Has anyone else had to do this? If so, how did you obtain one?

If you want to emigrate to other countries, it's a document which is often required (one good reason to not brawl gratuitously). I got my certificate at the police station handling at the district I live in, it wasn't a problem to get it.

Spiderboenz:

I could understand if they wanted one from my home country, but needing one from Nanjing so that I can work in a different city, seems unneccesarily complicated.

SAFEA will advice you on non-crim record. I never heard of it, and nobody ever asked me for such a thing in China.surpriseUSA citizens must provide non-record at Schools in Shenzhen. I asked my Embassy few years ago for job in Shenzhen, but I cancel it, after School said I'm Non-native, and I couldn't get job in Shenzhen.

A lot of people will need this now, its a new or old reactivated requirement. I like, it's to make sure you haven't been a criminal or a sick twisted crazy guy in the last city you were in.
