which one is better for my future career? studying MBA in English in China in a small city or working in a shitty trading company for 4000 RMB a month. that's what I got this year, I am confused both of these options are not my cup of tea but I must choose one of them.

This is a high wage for Uni graduates in China. So you should take the 4,000 rmb a month job in a small town and get some contacts. (You have a word for that in Chinese)
1) what do you like/enjoy?
2) what are you good at?
3) you are an adult
You can't ask random strangers about your career options without taking a look at yourself and making your own choices in life. That is what most of the foreigners in China have done: taken responsibility for our lives, mistakes and all.
saying " i want to be rich/have a good salary" without doing the work/research yourself is what i hear almost every day.
i always respond: "doing what?"
I never get an answer.
you have to decide where you see yourself in the future and work towards it.
Alternatively, toss a coin: it would be as good a way as any for you to choose a career.
"working in a shitty trading company for 4000 RMB a month"
Doesn't sound like you really think much of this option.
how many mba graduates work at your trading company now? what would your salary be there if you had this mba already?
Sadly, i already know the answer, welcome to the real world.
maybe you need to go with MBA, and later try to get some other good job
I wish Chinese parents could see posts like this. This is what they put their children through. By neglecting to give them guidance and their own voice, they flock to strangers to help them make life decisions. They are unprepared to make independent decisions, do not know what they want, and unable to face life's problems. If only they could see how their decision to coddle their babies lead to an adulthood of helplessness and frustration. Hopefully this generation can see the error and make their children stand on their own feet.
go to a real university and get a real job
meaning: don't get an MBA in china and don't take that crappy job
go abroad and study.
if your parents can't afford, get a job and do the job next to the study.
alternative:
take the job and do part time studies for the MBA. Takes double time, but you have an income and in the end you have working experience and a MBA
